Margaret Lackey Offering

The Margaret Lackey Offering is our Mississippi Baptist Convention Board Missions Offering.  Last year Mississippi Baptist gave a record $2.1 mission.  The theme for this year's offering is "Whatever It Takes" based on Jesus's statements to His disciples in John 15.  Please pray for this offering and give as God directs to this year's goal of  $2,250,000.

Workday

The Operations Team has scheduled a workday for Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 8:30 AM to Noon.  Lunch will be provided.  Please plan to assist your fellow church members in cleaning up the church property.

Fall Festival

Our children's Fall Festival will be Saturday October 25, 2008 from noon to 3 PM.  We will have a great time bobbing for apples, playing games, having relay races, getting our faces painted, and learning more about God.  Biblical and non-scary costumes are welcome.  Come join us for a great time!  We will need cakes for our Cake Walk.

Dinner-On-The-Ground

Join us for a great meal and time of fleeowship on October 26, 2008 following the 10:30 AM Worship.  This is a pot luck meal consisting of main dishes to dessert.
